If you’re a soul like me, recovering from a leg amputation, you understand how vital comfort and safety are—it was a nightmare feeling vulnerable in such conditions. The blaring music from the drill gang next door kept me awake all night. The “complaints” process? It made me feel like I was talking into a void, as the staff, including a rather dismissive lady, offered nothing but laughter. I expected at least the basics: fresh linens and a clean shower with free toiletries, and perhaps a cozy sitting area. Instead, I felt like I was at a backpackers’ hostel—a far cry from what I paid for. If anything, this stay stole my peace. Consider skipping this place; You’ll thank yourself for it.
